These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Radoslav Moshev, operator of the DetailingManager platform (Sofia, ul. Pirin, Bulgaria; admin@detailingmanager.com), and the individuals or legal entities that use it ("User", "Company").
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. The Service
DetailingManager is a SaaS platform for managing auto detailing studios, providing:
- Client, firm, and vehicle management
- Task and service tracking
- Calendar and employee scheduling
- PDF document generation (offers and work orders)
- Reminders and follow-up client communications
- Statistics and revenue analysis
- VIN search and history sharing between studios
- Email marketing (newsletters to clients)
- Employee management and access rights
2. Account and Registration
2.1 Account Creation
Accounts are created via invitation from a company administrator. Upon receiving an invitation, the user sets a password and gains access to the platform.
2.2 Password Responsibility
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity performed through the account is considered to have been performed by the user.
2.3 Data Accuracy
The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The platform is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate data.
3. Rights and Obligations
3.1 Platform Rights
- To suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms
- To update platform functionality
- To change pricing with prior notice
3.2 User Obligations
- Not to use the platform for illegal activities
- Not to infringe the rights of other users or third parties
- To comply with GDPR and other applicable laws when processing their own clients' data
- To send marketing communications only to clients with valid consent
4. Personal data of studio clients
The Company is the controller of personal data it enters about its own clients. The operator is a processor of that data. Processing is described in the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains processing of account, demo, and automatically collected data.
5. Plans and Payment
The platform offers three paid subscription plans:
- Basic: €29/month, one account, with the feature limits shown on the pricing page
- Standard: €59/month, all features, up to three accounts
- Unlimited: €119/month, all features, unlimited accounts and tasks
Basic and Standard include 100 tasks per monthly billing period. Each additional started block of 100 tasks costs €1. A separately negotiated base price may apply to an individual company.
Pricing and included features are described on the pricing page. The platform reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the platform, its code, design, and documentation belong to the operator. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the platform under these Terms.
Data entered by the user (clients, vehicles, tasks) is their property and can be deleted upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
The platform operator shall not be liable for:
- Direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform
- Loss of data caused by force majeure, hacking attacks, or technical problems beyond our control
- Actions of third parties (including infrastructure providers such as Supabase, Hetzner, Coolify, Resend, and Upstash)
8. Termination
- The user may cease using the platform at any time by requesting deletion of the account/company (admin@detailingmanager.com)
- The platform may terminate access for breach of these Terms
- After we confirm a deletion request, live data and files in storage are removed immediately. Backup copies on the same Hetzner server in Nuremberg are kept for up to 7 days, then overwritten. Details are in the Privacy Policy and the DPA.
9. Changes to the Terms
The platform may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent Bulgarian court.
